Return Policy

If the item arrives damaged, this must be reported within 24 hours of the goods being delivered. Please email photographs of the damage including the packaging to the email address and we will priorities the replacement of your order within 1 business day.


If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days and we will look into your query immediately.


Please ensure that all personalisation are correct before submitting the order as we cannot replace or refund incorrect orders.


Once the order is placed and the item/items has been processed for printing/embroidery or any custom orders you will be committed to the order and will not be able to return the item/items due to the customised nature of the products we offer since they cannot be resold.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Our dispatch times vary from 1 working day to 5 working days depending on the product that you order. EXCEPT for
handmade items and workwear which have a dispatch time of up to 2 weeks .

You will find the estimated dispatched time of your product on each product page. Our dispatch times vary because of the different processes we use when personalising your items. If you order several different types of product we may dispatch them in more than one parcel so that items ready sooner are sent out to you earlier.

When will I receive my order?

This will depend on how long the dispatch time for your item is and which delivery option you have chosen at checkout. Please make sure that you check the available delivery options for the product you are ordering on the product page.
